Your week's stay in the holiday accommodation in one of our self catering Herefordshire holiday cottages will usually last from 3.30pm on Friday until 10am the following Friday. But, do ask about other start dates - we are very flexible and you may want your holiday to start on another day.

3-night short breaks are offered starting any day, and please enquire about other combinations of days - we'll be happy to accommodate you. Do ask if you want just 1 or 2 nights - perhaps combined with a llama trek.

A 30% deposit is required on booking and payment in full 12 weeks before start date of your vacation.

Old King Street Farm holiday cottage booking conditions

Reservations for our lovely cottages are made by you (our guests) and accepted by us (Old King Street Farm Ltd) on the following terms:

1 Our website will reserve the dates you require but the booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received by us

2 Bookings may be made by telephone or e-mail but must be confirmed by the completion of the booking form within 1 week.

3 Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under eighteen years of age.

4 If government restrictions regarding Covid-19 prevent you from taking your holiday, all monies will be refunded.

5 Your cottage is a private space which we respect, however we may in exceptional circumstance require access, with your permission where possible, for essential maintenance.

6 We provide a basic internet service however, it can be unreliable in our rural area, this is beyond our control.

7 A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total fee is required when booking (payable to Old King Street Farm Ltd). The outstanding balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to arrival. A receipt will be sent confirming your booking.

8 The accommodation is available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Weekly bookings are normally Friday afternoon to the following Friday morning, but short breaks can be arranged, particularly in low or mid-season

9 All bedding, towels, heating and electricity is included in the prices quoted.

10 If the owners are prevented by circumstances beyond their control from making the accommodation available then they will refund all monies paid but no further liability will be accepted.

11 The number in the party must be stated and must not exceed the maximum agreed number of people (+baby) in the accommodation

12 All amenities provided by the owners for guests are used entirely at the guests’ risk and no responsibility will be accepted by the owners other than resulting from the owners’ negligence.

13 Care of accommodation. Guests are required to treat our accommodation with due care. It is a condition of booking that should any damage occur the cost of damage may be born by the party concerned, at the discretion of the owners. The cottage(s) should be left clean and tidy at the end of your stay.

Cancellation

When you book any holiday, you are entering into a legally binding contract.  If you cancel

or cut short your holiday for whatever reason, then you will be liable for any cancellation charges we may have to make.  In your best interests, we therefore strongly advise you to take out holiday and cancelled booking insurance to safeguard your holiday.
